Chest Measurement To accurately measure your chest, raise your arms and loop a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest. Ensure the tape is comfortably snug without being tight, and record your measurement.
Waist Measurement Identify the area between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips for your waist measurement. Position the tape measure around your midsection at the midpoint between these points (just above your belly button). Ensure the tape is firm but not tight. Exhale normally and record the measurement. For accuracy, repeat the measurement once.
Hip Measurement Remove any clothing that might skew your hip measurement. Stand with your feet together and circle a tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. To do this easily, start by holding the tape at one hip and wrapping it around your body to where it began. Adjust the tape slightly to ensure it's at the broadest part. The tape should be secure but comfortable.
Inseam Measurement To measure your inseam, place one end of the tape measure at the top of your thigh and extend it down to your ankle. Measure the distance between these two points to find your inseam lenght

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a more exact delivery date. Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Please note that during busy periods (including sale), deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
Occasionally, tech system updates or unforeseeable events, such as extreme weather conditions, may temporarily affect our delivery services, resulting in changes to our dispatch/delivery times. We will, however, always work hard to minimize these changes as much as possible.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received this email you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.
Please note that due to the availability of the items in your order, your delivery might be split into more than one shipment. Additionally, these shipments may be shipped with different couriers, which means you could receive your items on different dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured; all items will be shipped to you as quickly as possible. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery. If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service within 14 days* from the date the order was placed.
*After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.
Please note that ordinary delivery times do not apply to orders including pre-ordered items. When placing a pre-order a specific shipping date will be communicated on the individual product page. If your pre-order also includes other items they will be shipped at the same time.
We currently ship to all European countries. If you live somewhere exciting that’s not on the list on our website, we’re very sorry. Hopefully, we will be able to ship to your country in the near future.

When you place an order on www.animalisk.com, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Should it still be missing, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for further assistance.
We are sorry that you have received a faulty or incomplete order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos and your order number and we will assist you further.
Once your order has been successfully placed, we cannot issue changes or cancellations on your order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with our return section for a full refund.

We offer Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, and Klarna for the majority of countries. The payment methods we offer are presented in the checkout, please make sure that you’ve chosen the correct country in the upper right corner.
Most countries are charged in local currency while some countries are charged in either US Dollar or Euro. Prices on the website will show the currency for the website that you are visiting.
If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.
We can only accept payments via 3D Secure (Verified by VISA/Mastercard SecureCode). This payment method is 100% secure and guarantees that the person using the card is the cardholder, by putting the customer in direct contact with the bank to verify their purchase. When ordering from within the EU, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much tax and duties you will pay to your country as this is regulated by the respective country. Your local customs office should be able to estimate the price of the import fees.
